Slowest customer service I have been standing in line for 20 mins.

The associate at the store was great; however, my real frustration lies with FedEx. I paid over $50 dollars to overnight a car title to my daughter in IDAHO. Three days later it still has not arrived. After navigating their awful phone system, I speak with someone on the other side of the planet who tells me I can't get a refund until the package is delivered. This is pretty simple FedEx. I paid a lot of money for a service that you KNOW you did not deliver on because you have a TRACKING number and your solution to my problem is to call you back after you failed to complete the service I paid for. I consider myself a reasonable person and understand delays, but for a global complany, I am very dissatisfied and will never use FedEx again. Be better.

One of the best spots for FedEx drop-off. Staff was super friendly and had me in and out fast — quick and easy. Only heads-up: getting in and out by car can be a little tricky with the traffic and location, so give yourself a minute. Otherwise, an exceptional experience.

This is my main location for FedEx services. I’ve used them for printing, shipping, and have had packages dropped there when I wouldn’t be home for delivery. I’ve had good service from the staff!
