    Whenever I get a tracking alert for a package and it is coming from USPS, I already plan for it to go missing. Two straight deliveries to our neighbors, and it’s probably 50% of the time outside of that. It’s impossible to work with USPS and their employees simply do not care about how pathetic their service is, and somehow care much less when they lose a package.

    Mid-December visit: Some wait due to holiday shipping and self-service being down. Staff remains very professional and working hard to be fast. Usually: Minimal wait times and excellent custom service, never had an issue. Results from this branch have been better than average, and I've interacted with about two dozen post offices over the years. I ship and pickup packages here at least monthly, and have asked their help reporting missing mail and having mailbox locks changed.

    The web site says you can email them but then it proceeds to not let you email them. If your inquiry doesn't fit into a tiny narrow criteria (like, you have a tracking number and the mail went missing, which is not quite my situation) then it is a dead end, no way to contact. That is a huge red flag. Clearly no interest in helping the customer.

    Only 2 counter workers in the midday rush says it all. It's just another over funded government institution with no to focus on actual customer service. You got 8-10 ppl waiting in line and just two reps serving. Where is the manager to ensure service is quick and effective?
