- AAAlan Fonnesbeck (afonnes)4 days ago2.0The people manning the desk during business hours are generally very good, my complaint is the self service kiosk. Most of the time I can't go during business hours due to work and the kiosk is convenient. The problem is how often the latch to drop off packages is stuck- not sure if it's just packages blocking it from being closed or why it happens. I can hear employees back there that could easily get it unstuck so you didn't have to waste your time coming there, but they couldn't care less. I either have to drive several miles to the next one or come back the next day and be late for work. If that isn't the issue, the kiosk will be frozen or not able to print out a label. If it only happened once every long period it would be one thing, but it happens all the time. First world problems I guess.

We have called and all they say is ask your office and neighbors if they have seen it. Nothing ever gets fixed. We are insanely frustrated with this location and hope to warn people from further using them to get their packages delivered if possible. Very disappointing.

Thanks guys! Bless ya. (Also the only USPS open on Saturday!!)
