- SBSana BabaaAug 25, 20263.0I’ve been going to this post office for so many years now. The staff are amazing and wonderful. Their customer service is always phenomenal and everyone has such a welcoming spirit. However, I was very disappointed when I discovered that they would no longer be taping up packages for customers. I’m shocked as most postal services offer this service free of charge. I’m sure this is not a decision that was made by the staff but upper management. As a customer I wouldn’t have minded paying for the tape but the staff let me know they don’t have any and they’re not even allowed to use it. This is baffling especially at a post office where tape is a bare minimum.
