In April of 2026, I transferred to Lubbock to begin working at a new office. I chose to live in Wolfforth and acquire a mailbox at the United States Postal Service at 302 E. Highway 82, Wolfforth, TX 79382 to receive all my mail until I get a house built. From December 2024 to April 2026, I lived in San Angelo and utilized a PO Box. During all 16 months in San Angelo, I never had any problems receiving packages that were sent to me from multiple vendors. After establishing my mailbox in Wolfforth, I have been having multiple issues with shipments. On 4/17/26, I ordered a product from a vendor, and they shipped it via UPS. On 4/21/26, I received notification from the vendor that my package was delivered to the post office. I waited until the next day to check my mailbox for a pick-up notification, but nothing was posted. I checked my mailbox every day that week and still had no proof of delivery. I finally went to the front counter on 4/24/26 and asked a female post office employee about the status of my product. She did a quick search but stated there were no packages with my name on them. I was able to give her an idea of what the box would look like, and she searched the building and found it assigned to the wrong PO Box, even though the label on the package clearly showed my name and address as the delivery location. On 4/17/26, I ordered a package from Amazon, and it was delivered to the post office on 4/19/26. I checked my mailbox every day but received no notification for availability. I checked with post office employees, and they stated there were no packages in the area with my name on them. On 4/25/26, I filed a missing package claim on Amazon, and they shipped a replacement. The replacement package was delivered to the post office on 5/4/26. The package was placed in a public drop box, around the corner from my mailbox, and the key was placed inside my PO Box on 5/5/26. I recovered the product and saw that the paper bag holding my shipment was ripped open. The contents were still there and appeared to be in good condition. I ordered four packages from Tik Tok on 4/29/26. Three items were delivered to the post office on 5/7/26 and released to my mailbox the next day. The fourth package was delivered to the post office on 5/8/26. On 5/12/26, the package had still not been made available for pick-up at the post office. I asked the staff members if they could help search for it. One of the staff members stated that they don’t allow packages from Tik Tok to be delivered because the company doesn’t pay them to make deliveries, even though I had ordered three other packages from the same Tik Tok vendor, and they were delivered on time and in good condition. I tried explaining the previous shipments to the employee, but she was very rude in her response, so I simply departed the area instead of engaging in an argument with her. The shipping company showed proof that the package was delivered to the post office, so the vendor refused to provide a refund for the package that I never received. As a result, I lost $35 due to post office employees refusing to do their job. On 5/8/26, I found a public drop box key in my PO Box. Upon opening the drop box, I found the original Amazon shipment from 4/19/26. The box was crushed, the lid ripped open, and the contents were damaged. I also keep receiving mail in my PO Box that belong to previous owners. Even though the previous owners probably filled out a change of address form to have their mail forwarded. With my packages being ripped open, or not made available after they were delivered, it makes me question the integrity of the employees. I will not recommend this post office for anyone. On a positive note. The one female employee that tracked down my package that was placed in the wrong mail box is the only person that went above and beyond her duties. I don't know her name, but she seemed very professional and respectful.

The worst Post Office in Lubbock County. Mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address. Today instead of putting items in the parcel box they crammed it all in the tiny mail box. So I had a great time trying to get the mail and packages out without tearing anything in the wind. Thanks Wolfforth mail people. Y'all are really the worst. 😒

Worst delivery service ever!!! They have damaged, lost or even ripped some of my packages/letters, I honestly wouldn’t use them if it wasn’t for the the companies choosing them.. waiting on some important documents, so just hoping they do get to my house complete!
