  I know other people have nothing but negative things to say about this post office location, but not me. My local post office in Beaumont lost my package and could not help me. So I was passing through Winnie and figured I would stop and see if they might be able to help me. I don’t remember the ladies name that was at the counter. I informed her about my lost package, that Beaumont couldn’t find, nor take the time to even look for it. But this lady at the counter immediately stopped what she was doing, and in the short seconds we talked she gave me more information about my package than the Beaumont post office did in the 45 mins which felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Everyone hates when they have a package go missing. Everyone hates it EVEN MORE when no one will even help them. The lady at this location was amazing and helped me find my package. It was at the Beaumont post office all along, but they were too lazy to go to the back and find it. I wish I could remember her name but I’m bad with remembering names. She was very nice and most importantly she was sympathetic about the situation. Def sets the standards when it comes to my future interactions with USPS.

  I was supposed to get 10 pieces of mail yesterday & no delivery because of snow. Monday we did not have snow & no delivery. Today, according to informed delivery, I have no mail. What happened to my 10 pieces of mail? I tried calling no ans. Internet website says they're open, but it's not.

  I moved to Winnie, not knowing that we live on a side of town that can’t have a mail box on our street. I order packages that keep showing delivered. When I talk to the rude lady in the front she tells me to get my money back from the seller. Today she says the same thing, and gets the post master, which is helpful she says it’s a problem within the post office and she needs to be aware of the problem, while she is able to find my packages that I was previously was told it was put in my P.O. Box get your money back. Post master tries to be helpful, but her employees lack everything. I will be switching post offices which I’m sure is going to complicate things bc it will be in another town. This has been going on since before Imelda flooded the surrounding post offices and they have to use the Winnie post office.

  Looking at past reviews, I see that I am not the only one who had a rude woman behind counter. She decided to stand way off in the corner to talk to me and talked to me like I was wasting her time. I will never have a package sent through USPS again. She showed no concern or didn't even attempt to assist me. I will be contacting a supervisor!!! She needs to go work at McDonald's
