  Our delivery team was courteous and professional. They were great with communication ahead of time and arrived just when they said they would. They were quick in putting together our furniture and took all the cardboard boxes away with them afterwards. We appreciated them very much. Excellent job!

  Great delivery today! Terrence and Mario, the two delivery drivers who hauled away the old mattress and delivered and set up my new bed were warm, courteous, helpful, skilled and informative about when it was ok to start using the bed. I sincerely appreciate their help.

  Incredibly pleased with Alex and Jose. The first set up was not done correctly; it wasn’t done by Alex and Jose but they came back to correct the errors from the first crew. Thanks guys!

  The delivery team was great, but RXO logistics was a nightmare! It took three tries for RXO to deliver a mattress. RXO dropped the ball on communication every step of the way. Instead of notifying me ahead of time of issues, I had to initiate all communication and received conflicting information from every representative. I was told I would receive a delivery window the night before, but did 0 of 3 days I was scheduled. When RXO had issues with my delivery, they did not offer additional delivery date options. I had to change my schedule to accommodate RXO’s shortcomings. I plan on avoiding ordering from companies that use RXO in the future. Edit Since it looks like other review had some of the same stuff as me, here are the excuses I got from RXO: Original delivery date “Just waiting on the driver to show up” when I called for a delivery window in the morning. They updated this to “truck broke down” when I called asking for a delivery window again in the afternoon. Delivery date two They forgot to route my mattress in the date RXO selected for me. Oops. Delivery date three They somehow managed to deliver the mattress this time, but I didn’t receive a delivery window the night before. When I called in the morning, the tracker updated to anytime between 6AM and 8 PM (helpful…) and the person on the phone said probably around 6:15 PM. I received a text a little after 11 AM with the window of 11:30-1PM.
