I was super impressed with my delivery guy. Wish I knew his name but I'm sure you can find out. He had to park a long way and push my delivery on his hand truck because his truck could not make it down my block! Not a dent in my card board box! Perfect and he was so friendly! I vote give him a raise! He represents your delivery company well!

Nemo and his co-worker with RXO did a great job. They were very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. The delivery was probably the best I have had from any freight delivery company!

Installer broke a piece off my cabinet while installing a microwave, then tried to put it back like nothing happened. When I reported it, the installer denied causing the damage. I opened a claim and somehow ended up feeling like I was the one being accused of lying. After multiple calls, texts, photos, and hoops to jump through over about $100 in damage, I gave up. It wasn’t about the $100—it was about accountability. The installer damaged my property, tried to hide it, then denied it. Very disappointing way for RXO to handle a simple issue.

If I could give them negative stars I would, I had my delivery date scheduled for yesterday almost 2 weeks ago, took the day off work received constant notifications that my item would be delivered that day then the morning of supposed to delivery I get a message saying that it would be delivered between 10 and 2 That day. An hour later I get another text message saying they rescheduled it for the next day. No call no other notification except the text message. No customer service unless you’re talking to somebody from India or the Philippines they did not respond to me or call me back. They’re only excuse was they did not have enough room on the truck for my item made me take an extra day off work and then give me a window of 7:30 in the morning till 11 AM. Now they’re telling me it’s going to be 1145 possibly before they deliver the item and I have to be 30 minutes away at 12 o’clock. This company is an absolute joke and I will be seeking compensation for The extra day I had to miss work to accept this delivery

I was impressed with these young men and how well they loaded my TV and made sure that it would be protected while it was being returned to the factory. They were courteous, intelligent and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone for Shipping needs.
