They seemed completely confused & disorganized. I finally got an update WHILE the delivery guys were actually here in the house with the bed. My delivery window (when I did finally get it) only said 6am-7pm...ALL DAY...which is just ridiculous. The delivery guys themselves get 5 stars. Quick and very professional. It isn't their fault the company is disappointing and leaving their customers hanging with no updates.
