- JFJess FApr 14, 20251.0So tired of fooling with this post office. Almost nearly every package I've ordered that was shipped through USPS recently I always have problems when it arrives to this post office now. It's too predictable. A couple times I never received anything and they said well it's been delivered and it took them a few days to find it. Another time RECENTLY they say my address was incorrect on my package and they were going to ship it back BEFORE the time I had to pick up my package was up and it was correct the whole time. Now my most recent package I had 2, one shows delivered that someone picked it up at the post office late around 8pm and nobody in my house got anything and they marked it as delivered! And they're getting bad about jamming big items into the mail boxes. A few times have I had trouble getting my stuff out. Also someone is getting bad about putting the wrong packages in the wrong lockers. It happened to me about 3 times back to back. Terrible post office! I'm tired of this service. Do better.

- BGBeastly GheckoDec 28, 20201.0Edit: as of 3/11/21 This is by far the worst post office I've ever seen, they have the worst delivery rate in the area been waiting on an important letter that was sent out on the 3rd and still not arrived. with a flip flop rotation of delivery drivers Wills Point post office needs to get better or get gone and let a private company take over please and thank you if I could give you any less then 1 star I would be! Wills points post office is a prime example of why UPS and Fed ex should replace them, they are slow unprofessional and it will literally take an extra 2 days to deliver anything on time worst post office around!!!

I assume it was stolen as it seems like too small of an office for it to get lost. Pretty frustrating. I’ll never leave a package there without getting a receipt again.
