- RFRoberto FloresAug 8, 20263.0I tried to send a Package out of Country and the package was delivered to my home address not once but twice. Extremely frustrating and very incompetent personnel. I had to request a refund that is still owed to me because only 1 person is authorized to do refunds and that person is on vacation. Terrible Service and they were unable to resolve the "Label" issue. Mistake was cought at a different location.
- HJHA JAug 3, 20261.0Phone system is absolutely archaic and frustrating. The robot doesn’t work. Please go back to having normal phone systems. I can’t get ahold of the post office if my life depended on it with this phone system. The robot just keeps asking over and over and over again what I need and never advanced to the next phase or offers a live person. And Yall wonder why we use UPS or Fed Ex instead whenever possible.

We had an appointment and we were seen super fast. The woman who helped us was very nice and answered all our questions. Thank you to the Willis USPS office for making passport paperwork process not at daunting as I imagined it could be.

I just sat on the phone for over 30 minutes to get the rudest customer service representative I've ever spoken with. I'm really tired of people that hate their jobs and just let it spill out over the phone. It's really rude and unprofessional
