- JMJaclyn Martin3 days ago5.0Today we visited the USPS office in Willis. My little family of 4 needed our passports. The staff was polite efficient and friendly to all who walked in. We had an appointment and we were seen super fast. The woman who helped us was very nice and answered all our questions. Thank you to the Willis USPS office for making passport paperwork process not at daunting as I imagined it could be.

I just sat on the phone for over 30 minutes to get the rudest customer service representative I've ever spoken with. I'm really tired of people that hate their jobs and just let it spill out over the phone. It's really rude and unprofessional
- TITia IMay 26, 20263.0We have had some very inconsistent postal carriers in our neighborhood lately with misdelivering packages. It is very frustrating. However, I did want to thank Amanda because she went above and beyond for me last week in finding one of my misdelivered packages and personally bringing it to me. She apologized, followed through and made it right. I truly appreciate her for that because my past experience with this location has been the total opposite. You rock Amanda! Thanks again!
