Was very flustered because he had to wait on me to pull up a QR code on my phone. I. Mean come on - why choose a customer service job if you despise other humans? Surprised they tolerate his tude.
- DSDrift SleevesMay 3, 20261.0The postmaster is very rude and to be said nicely lazy he would not give us a mailbox at our new home for over a year told us several lies (not enough mail boxes, we had an rv on property as well as house being moved on the property) all to avoid having to re number the cluster boxes. He hides behind his employees being told he is not there when his car is in the parking lot on multiple occasions finally had to call the state rep. To get something done within 2 days we had a mailbox.

Even though the building is older, the service is efficient and well-organized. We came in for a passport appointment, shipping a package, and a return, and everything was handled on time and smoothly. The passport staff was especially sweet and helpful, which made the process much easier. Overall, a very positive and efficient experience!
