  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this UPS Store. Every person who works here has such a great attitude and truly seems to care about their customers. They somehow manage to make something as ordinary as picking up the mail an enjoyable part of my day. Their kindness really stood out to me during my pregnancy. The staff would happily carry packages out to my car for me without making me feel like it was an inconvenience. And Trina, the manager, went above and beyond in a way I won’t forget. When I was in the hospital having my baby, we were expecting a particularly large package to arrive. Knowing where I was, Trina personally left a note for the entire staff asking them not to call or bother me about picking it up, even though large packages normally need to be collected quickly. It’s a small thing that says a lot about how this store is run. They know their customers, they pay attention, and they genuinely care about people. That kind of service is increasingly hard to find. I’m incredibly grateful to Trina and the entire team and feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful locally owned business in our community. Highly, highly recommend them.

  We have been regular customers for years and are very pleased with our experiences. Their stuff has hardly any turnover. They are efficient and always cheerful. It is a well run outfit.

  Line was to the door when originally came in but they got everyone moved so fast and with great care and customer service. I believe the gentleman that helped us was named Randy. He was incredibly sweet and very helpful with all of our needs!

  I always have such a great experience at this UPS Store! There’s a gentleman who works there who goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. He remembers you when you come back, takes the time to make conversation, and treats you more like a friend than just another customer. That kind of personal service is so rare these days. Every time I walk in, I feel welcomed and appreciated. He is truly an asset to this store, and his friendly attitude makes such a difference. Thank you for making even a simple trip to the UPS Store a pleasant experience! 😊

  Kaitlyn was most helpful efficient and friendly. I returned an Amazon had to email return label to that location to print. My printer not working. The day before I encountered Randy. He must have been having a bad day. Not helpful and rude telling me I emailed it to another location which I didn't. Today I'm glad I met Kaitlyn and Randy was in back where he should be I think he needs training on how to be knowledgeable.
