  I came into your store today to ship some of my deceased husbands Air Force going away pictures to his best friend in Florida. I had to do three separate packages because each Air Force framed picture was in glass. I wanted to add insurance to these items I was told I had to have a receipt For each item. As a veterans spouse it was appalling to me that I could not get insurance on these items because I don’t have receipts. When a service member leaves a base they receive a goodbye picture Signed by everyone in their squadron, there is no receipt. On top of that, the young lady working behind the counter was very insensitive and business focused. I explained to her what these were and that they don’t come with receipts. I would suggest to any United States arm forces to not use UPS stores. I mean, come on we are in a town where Shepherd Air Force Base is located. The lady behind the counter did not even say I’m sorry about my husband passing away. She was cold and very rude. I personally will never use the store again.

  I shipped some antique wine glasses, and Spencer did a FABULOUS job wrapping and boxing them. EVERYTHING made it safe and sound. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Spencer!
