  There's a staff work there his name is Keith his super Disrespectful to me and to my wife we went there to print some label because we do online selling and we trying to buy more shipping supplies and his complaining about its to much work to print labels and prepare so shipping supplies for us that isn't free we pay for it and for future reference go to other fedex store not here

  If I could put zero stars, I would did not even attempt to deliver a package yesterday lying and saying I refused it which silly them, I have ring cameras called customer service. To only find out if they’re trying to send it back to the people I purchased it from.

  THIS IS FOR THE DELIVERY DRIVERS ONLY! The store has always been amazing! I am beyond pissed right now. This is the fourth time they have not delivered my packages. They keep saying the office is closed(the outer door is open 7am to 8 pm EVERY SINGLE DAY). There's an inner door with TWO notes that say to LEAVE my packages on the counter or on the floor next to the door(they literally left the first delivery notice DIRECTLY UNDER THAT NOTE). Today I get home and they didn't even bother coming inside. They left the note on the outside door and said it was closed. Which it was not. There are SEVERAL notes on my account indicating what needs to be done(I have stage 3 cancer and two bad knees...I am very weak most of the time). They have ignored them every time. Today after yet another note they did even less. Having to walk to get that note outside killed my knees. I think this is being done purposely as payback because at least last time they came inside. I NEED these items desperately and I am tired of them ignoring notes on the account AND door.

  Clarence u are a joke what are u doing up there other than not helping customers with there issues u didnt even try to help me. Straight up lazy!!!!! Will never use fedex again 💯

  Great customer service! The assistant manager Seth is very nice and helpful. The other associate was very attentive, helpful, and greeted me right away. I wish I could remember her name. She was a professional young lady.
