  I’ve had numerous issues with mail out here but this is the worst. 2nd time now my delivery was delayed because postal person didn’t even come to my door for the required signature on a delivery. I’ve been at home working on my computer maybe 10 ft from my front door. This delivery that was supposed to be here by 4:40 for the signature required on a very expensive prescription that I needed yesterday. I received a text notification that it will be reattempted tomorrow and immediately checked my door cam and sure enough, no one came to my door today to get the signature and deliver my package. Now I have to wait until tomorrow dues to a lazy driver. No excuses, this is rediculous!

  The Postmaster here is just awful and ridiculous. Something needs to be done because she obviously doesn't care about her job or the people especially the ones who aren't receiving there mail due to negligence of the driver after numerous of formal complaints. She allows her drivers to break people's mail boxes and when confronted he even admits to doing so and she just claims there short staffed that she can't do anything just sounds straight lazy to me.

  Mail carrier doesn’t check the names on the letters and or packages, even after endless interactions and filling out the same paper work to get it fixed. We get folks from across the highways mail all the time. Lost packages, delayed packages because she sends them to the wrong place, when we go into the office, they blame us for why it’s wrong. They don’t take accountability for nothing, poor customer service, they have attitudes all the time. If they hate their job so much, might want to find a new job. Seeing as you can’t do this one correctly

  Lisa, thank you so much for all your help when I came in at 10 minutes before your post office closed. my transaction took all of about two minutes if that and you were able to help me get my package off to an army base in Japan I super appreciate your attention to detail and patient, and not making me feel like I was an issue being there! I cannot thank you enough and I will continue to come to your post office from here on out!!!!

  When it says “Lunch at 1pm” that’s when you should go to lunch. Don’t like it? Change the lunch hour then!
