  If I was able to I would give a 0 star we have been here multiple times and never dealt with rude customer services we even know the post master and he is not even rude at all compare to ELIZABETH THE CLERK she stopped us mind you we work unable to drop of a package only in the afternoon when getting out of work we walked in at 4:55pm still time before closing ELIZABETH closing the door and the curtains she stops us and says is your “package ready to be shipped out is it label? Rude demeanor and tone and we tell her no we get the labels from here at the post office to send it out and she says “noo you don’t it need to be ready you only have 4 minutes” well idk you only have 4 minutes She was rude and no customer service at all what’s soo ever don’t know why they have people like that working if we all have a rough day it doesn’t mean you can’t provide good customer service. In addition we were there we got to ship our package in a rush with rude customer service from her I hope the manager and post master see this because ELIZABETH was rude not only to us but to other customer behind us no reason to be like that what’s so ever hope you review your cameras so you can see it yourself and hear the conversation. Ps. We would love to speak with the postmaster Joseph espericueta since we have spoken to him before regarding getting our cluster boxes going for our neighborhood and never once did we ever have an issue like this of rude customer service.

  This location’s service is poor. Made a service request after my package was marked delivered when it was not delivered to my house. A weslaco location agent Jacob called and left a message. I return the call four times and no answer. Their driver carriers do not pay close attention to addresses when delivering. My packaged was worth well over $100.00.This is costly for both USPS and the customer. Mind you I was not the only individual in my neighborhood who had the same issue. As of yet still have yet to obtain a call back.

  In 5 years I have had more packages sent back because a temp employee either did not attempt delivery, said there was a change of address in, receiving mail for people who never lived here. I have been waiting two months to speak with the Postmaster about a business issue. Their friendly, they are bilingual and I have had less than admirable service for over 5 years.
