  I have come to UPS for myself and my families returns for years and never had an issue. There has always been 2 people In Particular who have attitude with everyone that I’ve noticed. A woman with curly hair and today was a blonde man with colored eyes. I don’t make reviews often unless necessary, but today was one of those times. Yesterday I had taken a lot of packages to return as well as today and I understand it was my fault for leaving all my returns so last minute. But today this gentleman was making comments as if he was trying to embarrass me. Saying “you just made 50 returns last night” and you’re returning again? did nothing fit? Etc. He continued to question me and make side comments which just created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. If he doesn’t like his job then he really shouldn’t be working with people because giving people attitude or going out of your way to make them feel uncomfortable when they’re just trying to get returns taken care of, whether it was five or whether it was 100 returns at the end of the day it is still their job. And it was very humiliating for me because I’m not going to be arguing with someone knowing there’s a line behind me. I don’t like confrontation. So it just felt very unnecessary for me. And now I’m not sure I want to go back to this location because it was just very rude and unnecessary behavior.

  I’ve been coming to this location for a while and the service used to be great. Today there was a long line, which I understand, but the employee who helped me was unfriendly no greeting, no smile, and no “thank you.” It made the experience feel unwelcoming. I hope this gets addressed.

  Employees are helpful and can be in and out quick if line is not too long.. went at 2pm and line was curled around the whole store but employees did the best they could to help everyone. Never have had a bad experience but just be patient if line is long.
