  I had a terrible experience here. If you’re shipping a package, double-check everything before you pay. They like to scam people here. I came in with a tiny orange envelope containing only a piece of paper and two toe rings. The employee asked if it was my first time shipping a package, and I said yes. I was then charged $25.66 to ship it. After I got home, I contacted the company I was sending the package back to because the shipping cost seemed way too high. They immediately told me that something wasn’t right. When I looked at my receipt, I noticed my package had been entered as 1 pound 5 ounces. There is absolutely no way my package weighed that much. I went back, requested a refund, and then took the exact same package to another UPS location. They weighed it at 2 ounces, and the shipping cost was only $2.88. Being charged $25.66 because my package was entered with the wrong weight is unacceptable. Whether it was negligence or intentional, I ended up paying almost nine times what I should have. Always check your receipt and make sure the weight is accurate before leaving. if this review would allow me to add photos, I would, but it won’t let me for some reason.

  SATURDAY, JUNE 20 @ 5:25PM. - I arrived to get my mail and they were CLOSED. There was a sign on the door that said... "Our systems are down." You don't need your "systems" to allow people to get their mail. The owner was siting in his Mercedes right outside of the store. I tried to flag him down, but he ignored me and drove off. They are not supposed to close until 6:00pm on Saturday. This is a disgrace. Keeping people's mail is a big responsibility. If they don't want to do it, they need to stop providing the service. They should have kept their doors OPEN until 6:00PM, so people can get their mail. Now they are going to be closed for another 4 days. What is going to happen when the postman comes with people's mail? What a disgrace.

  Very nice employees.. called once tracking number issued to ask for a slightly extended hold for pickup date since id be out of town and as promised, they held with a note stating the exact date I’d be back to pickup instead of returning to sender like the policy states.

  👎I ordered 4 items on Amazon to be received here. Two items were presented to me. With no courtesy, a male told me to sign for the two and move on. I insisted on info about the other items. No clue or concern was returned. I mentioned only one item was acceptable. I didn't want the second. Upon leaving with one item I was told not to return. I later found i was charged for all 4 items. Service is the pits there.
