  I've used this place many times before to ship things and all have gone well since except this last time. The young Indian lady that worked at the store was one FaceTime with someone during the whole interaction, and she did not follow instructions on how to properly pack a fragile idea. She basically shoved all the items into a box and lazily shoved bubble wrap in the box. This was not packaged with care. Absolutely unprofessional and should be fired, but it seems like but is a family run store

  I went to make a return on an electric item to Amazon. The lady just threw the box with the electrical item was in behind her like it’s nothing in it! I had to reopen the package to see if it didn’t cause the screen to shatter.

  I had a terrible experience here. If you’re shipping a package, double-check everything before you pay. They like to scam people here. I came in with a tiny orange envelope containing only a piece of paper and two toe rings. The employee asked if it was my first time shipping a package, and I said yes. I was then charged $25.66 to ship it. After I got home, I contacted the company I was sending the package back to because the shipping cost seemed way too high. They immediately told me that something wasn’t right. When I looked at my receipt, I noticed my package had been entered as 1 pound 5 ounces. There is absolutely no way my package weighed that much. I went back, requested a refund, and then took the exact same package to another UPS location. They weighed it at 2 ounces, and the shipping cost was only $2.88. Being charged $25.66 because my package was entered with the wrong weight is unacceptable. Whether it was negligence or intentional, I ended up paying almost nine times what I should have. Always check your receipt and make sure the weight is accurate before leaving. if this review would allow me to add photos, I would, but it won’t let me for some reason.
