  ⭐️ 1 Star The wait was absolutely ridiculous, and what made it worse was the employees completely ignoring us. We stood around waiting for assistance while employees were nearby and never bothered to acknowledge us or even let us know that someone would be with us shortly. I understand that places can get busy, but basic customer service is simply acknowledging the customer and communicating with them. Being ignored and left standing around with no explanation was extremely frustrating. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to come back.

  Workers are extremely rude. Just needed to process a return and immediately received an attitude from the lady at the customer service desk.

  Everytime I have to return something there is always a long line. I recommend having two people doing Amazon returns escpially if there is a line with 20 people in it like yesterday afternoon I will stick with Kohl's.

  Extremely long line for Amazon returns. Not only extremely long, but the lady that was working at seem to be in a bad mood took extremely long processing one Amazon return after another. Honestly, I wish Kohl’s was doing it again because we didn’t even receive tracking receipts for our returns. So how am I supposed to know that my item is successfully delivered or returned without a tracking sticker? Meanwhile, there’s all these other staple workers and no one’s helping this lady who has an extremely long line making it to be very insufficient. Not impressed at all with Staples.

  Amazon returns only review. Several times I have gone to this location the line is crazy long (10+ people) with only one attendant to help the customers. Several Staple employees that aren't busy aren't able to step in to help, either they aren't assigned to do so or Amazon has their own employees. Either way, it's a deterrent to do returns here and shop around afterwards. I edited my returns to UPS and it was a quick walk in and walk out.
