  Had to wait forever in line and even as my son and I walked in circles looking for something no one offered to help as all employees were at the front of the store and yet only 1 checkout register was open. There was a long line and they seemed to need at least 2 people on each register which didn't make much sense to me.

  I designed a banner on their app but just wasn’t sure if I was doing it right so I went to Staples for help. I was greeted by Eric who was AMAZING! He was so helpful, kind and friendly. The banner was ready the same day and when I picked it up Eric showed me a coupon I could use. The quality and the cost of the banner was great and I’m so happy with my purchase. Thank you Eric!

  The amazon return process at this staples is horrendous. Everytime the employees are shaken up and disorganized. I have returned here 2x in the past month. Both times it was a 20+ min wait to return a small box and the signle employee working the return counter was cussing both times. 2 different employees 2 different days both dropping the F bomb like it was nothing because they were so stressed out. Both returns were never processed with Amazon. They provide no receipt at Staples even if you ask for it. So then you have to fight with amazon to get your refund! Either hire more people or pay your people more or get a sufficient system in place!!! Logistics is always a nightmare if you have poor management!!!
