- LRLisa Richardson-CrouchMay 1, 20261.0Everyone in my neighborhood has had issues with their mailbox keys not working for at least 6 weeks. Someone at the post office (finally) called me and said that they had new keys for me, and to come pick them up at my convenience. Today I went to pick up my new keys. What should have been a very quick and simple thing was made complicated for no reason- and ontop of that, I was treated with monumental disrespect. I’ve never in my life been talked to so rudely by an employee of ANY establishment. Since my new mailbox keys are NOT WORKING, I have to go up there AGAIN. I will refuse to speak to this employee again, ever, about anything. The rude, hateful employee that I speak of is named SHERRI. Having said all of that, the parcel lady behind the blue door was extremely nice and very helpful.

- AGAnthony GrossiFeb 27, 20261.0Do not waste your money on priority mail from USPS. I think it actually takes longer. I will never trust USPS with anything important again. It’s been 3days and my priority mail is still sitting in Coppell, TX. Today is Friday Feb 27, 2026. UPDATE: Monday,March 2, 2026, item was delivered to a third party mail service at Texas Tech University. The mail is still not in my daughter’s hand and it shows delivered.
