All I was told is "i don't know" and could not anwser I was told they had no record of my $1600 package when the usps official tracking number showed it had been at the post office for 2 days. Was then told it was undeliverable and it was sent back only to then 4 days later have it misdeliverd and have the person that it was misdelivered to open it break it then take it back to post office. After going back to the post office I was told this was my fault. Horrible.

Im actually shocked at the poor level of accountability and their lack of responsibility. What happened to the post office where delivering mail and being professional was a priority. It used to be a great and well respected job. Now it appears they hire who ever they can find with no social skills or professionalism at all.

I live in an area with a cluster mailbox system, and my packages have been repeatedly delivered incorrectly or not received at all. This is not a one-time mistake — it has become a regular problem. When you try to get help, it is nearly impossible to speak with someone who can actually solve the issue. The phone system sends you in circles, and there is no clear accountability when packages are placed in the wrong mailbox. People depend on the Postal Service to deliver important items safely and correctly. Reading the address and putting the package in the correct mailbox should not be too much to ask. I hope management takes these repeated delivery issues seriously and works to improve the service for customers in this area.
