The 1.9 star average review speaks for itself. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. I wish I would have trusted my gut when I initially read the reviews. I am a patient and understanding person, but one thing I will lose my mind over is lack of professionalism and horrible customer service. Oh, and add in people who are not even trained to do the job they are required to perform, and management that doesn't really care that nobody is accurately doing their jobs or providing exceptional service. I rented a PO Box here, and it was the worst mistake of my life. If you travel for work like we do and find yourself in the Waxahachie area, rent a box at the Red Oak location instead. You won't be sorry. I submitted a complaint form and only wanted a refund of my PO Box cost, so I could leave this location. The woman, Misty Segura, that emailed me back completely brushed over the refund portion of my complaint and gave me the most basic copy-and-paste "I'm sorry, these are not our standards, give us another chance, our goal is to provide the upmost service" spiel that holds no value and means nothing to me.

I much rather drive to Ennis or Midlothian than take my packages here. I have a small business and my package don’t get sent out til 2 days after I drop off here. This location interrupts my business TAT, and upsets my customers. Disappointing!!!

phone service is no help! I have a lost package because an agent in New Mexico put the wrong address on a package but it ha the correct zip 75167-0124. yet it had McKenzie Street instead of the correct address of 252 Mc Kinley Circle. you have done harm because that package contained 7 autographed books. At the main post office in Waxahachie, I gave the tracking number 9449050105496008462129 and was told that the package had been returned to New Mexico. Unfortunately the author was out of town and she had placed a hold on her mail. Ms LaTayne Scott still has not received the package. Where is this package that is being mishandled because of the loss of caring! her address is: 9604 Mather Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112
