  I have been patronizing this particular location for a couple of years, so I am very disappointed in the service I received today. Tosha, the manager, charged me an exuberant rate ($23.58) to ship a 2-3lb box to a residential address in Melrose Park, IL, 60160. She asked me how fast I wanted the package to be received and I informed her that it did not have to arrive fast. I then informed her that I'd like to see the different options and rates, which I thought they could pull up on the screen for my viewing. She never responded; the next thing I know $23.58 pops up on the screen. When I asked her if that was the cheapest rate, she shook her head yes. I'm not sure why she processed the package as Ground Commercial. When I arrived home, I looked up the rates only to discovered that she could have offered me other rates, which were a lot cheaper. I feel her actions were unscrupulous given the fact that she did not provide me with the different rates, I was asking. Granted there was a line, but that does not excuse her actions. I am on a fixed income and $23.58 is double what I was expecting to pay. Very disappointed!

  Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. I went to this UPS Store to have documents printed. The employee initially printed them in an extremely large font, making the pages impractical and not useful for my purpose. I explained that I needed a smaller, normal font and spent more than 30 minutes trying to get the printing corrected. The issue was still not properly resolved, yet I was asked to pay for the printing. I explained that I was willing to pay for a service that fulfilled my request, but the printing I received was not serving its intended purpose. I was also delayed significantly and became late getting to the USPS. Instead of calmly resolving the issue, the store manager became upset and yelled at me, saying, “You are paying or I should call the cops.” For such a small printing issue, threatening to involve the police instead of professionally resolving a customer-service dispute was completely unnecessary

  Nylez was so terrific! I had never used the UPS Store, so I really didn't know what I was doing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied.
