- MHMari Han5 days ago1.0Extremely unprofessional. Owners are unorganized, store is always closed early, I contacted corporate to discuss the concerns I’ve been seeing from this store overtime and they are extremely unhappy with what is being done here.

I’m often in and out within a couple of minutes—and even if there’s a long line, I don’t have to fret about wait time because they get to everybody very efficiently. Tosha, the manager, charged me an exuberant rate ($23.58) to ship a 2-3lb box to a residential address in Melrose Park, IL, 60160. She asked me how fast I wanted the package to be received and I informed her that it did not have to arrive fast. I then informed her that I'd like to see the different options and rates, which I thought they could pull up on the screen for my viewing. She never responded; the next thing I know $23.58 pops up on the screen. When I asked her if that was the cheapest rate, she shook her head yes. I'm not sure why she processed the package as Ground Commercial. When I arrived home, I looked up the rates only to discovered that she could have offered me other rates, which were a lot cheaper. I feel her actions were unscrupulous given the fact that she did not provide me with the different rates, I was asking. Granted there was a line, but that does not excuse her actions. I am on a fixed income and $23.58 is double what I was expecting to pay. Very disappointed!
