  Employee rudely AND illegally chased us out of a parking spot that has 0 markings and threatened to tow us with no authority to do so. Will also be sending this to corporate via email. Pictures clearly show parking spot not limited or owned by ups.

  Right in my neighborhood and their custom service is so great. Very patient and answered all my questions each time I go. They never rush me to return the packages and I’m able to take my time to find all I need to return. Very pleased
