  I had a great and easy experience with purchasing online and coming into the store for pick up. Signs were up clearly letting me know where pick up was, and there was a store associate waiting at the counter and helped me.

  I went to make a balloon order ahead of time so I could pick them up accordingly for my daughter birthday party. I was able to purchase balloons gentleman was nice but told me to come back on the day I needed them blown up because an order couldn't be place due to a supervisor being in a meeting? Why is it only a supervisor could make it? So I went in the day of the party with my balloons to have them blown up. I was told due to so many orders needing to be done by the manager he could not blow my balloons up for me that day. Well when I got there nobody was blowing balloons up they where talking behind a counter!!! This store is would not recommend getting balloons blown up at. I wish party city had a small store because they got it done but this staples location i would avoid completely.

  I needed a printed product done quickly. Using Staples online ordering I got what I needed printed same day and there was even a 40% discount coupon on the site that it allowed me to use. Pick up was easy and the order was exactly as I had submitted. I will use Staples for my printing needs again.

  Absolutely terrible customer service at Staples today. I walked in to grab a single pack of copy paper right before closing, and before I could even make it to the register, an employee named Paul yelled at me “SIR, WE CLOSE IN TWO MINUTES!” loud enough and with so much attitude for everyone to hear. Then he immediately walked off, continued helping another customer, and answered the phone like nothing happened. I completely understand businesses closing on time. That’s not the issue. The issue was the way I was spoken to. There was no reason to yell at me across the store like I was doing something wrong, especially when he clearly still had time to assist other people. A simple, respectful “Hey sir, just letting you know we close in two minutes” would’ve been perfectly fine. Instead, I turned around and left immediately no purchase I’m not sure if Paul was having a bad day or if this is just how customers are treated at stthere, but either way it was unprofessional and embarrassing. I won’t be returning to Staples after this experience.
