Lonnie is horrible. I can't tell you how many package have been turned away for no reason. Most recently I was told it was because my box was more then 108 inch long -mind you the measurements are on the box at 43in. This dude just aint wanna deal with it. And this aint the first time. I took it to another location and no problem. They even stated they get customer complaining about him all the time. I will be spending an hour of my life to make a formal complaint and coming in to speak with a manager. Call me Karen today cause you got the right one and all these reviews are just proof that something is wrong at this location. However all other employee at this location have never been an issue.

Whoever is the carrier for foxborough neighborhood needs to be replaced. They constantly put mail in different mailboxes and today I was expecting a package and they marked it as out for delivery then changed to being held at office on customer request. Well I’m the customer and I did not request that

If I could give negative stars I would.
Amazon, UPS, FEDEX all deliver directly to my RV porch step. And USPS cannot figure out that its an RV Park - even when I list the Lot#. It constantly comes back "addressee unknown". They could even leave it at the office building which is seen from the entrance. Everyone else can figure it out. I've had multiple packages including prescriptions returned to sender because of their pure LAZINESS. If they can't lean out their window to deliver your package. Don't expect to get it. Posting this in hopes that someone higher up at USPS sees ALL of these negative reviews and actually does something about their employees. TERRIBLE.
