- AGAndrea GoodallJun 8, 20261.0If I could give negative stars I would. Amazon, UPS, FEDEX all deliver directly to my RV porch step. And USPS cannot figure out that its an RV Park - even when I list the Lot#. It constantly comes back "addressee unknown". They could even leave it at the office building which is seen from the entrance. Everyone else can figure it out. I've had multiple packages including prescriptions returned to sender because of their pure LAZINESS. If they can't lean out their window to deliver your package. Don't expect to get it. Posting this in hopes that someone higher up at USPS sees ALL of these negative reviews and actually does something about their employees. TERRIBLE.

He WOULD NOT let me finish a single sentence. Immediately pushing blame on the DMV. He basically agreed I’m stuck in this situation where I’m never going to receive my ID, and had the most uninterested attitude about the whole thing. I’ve been waiting my new ID going on 3 months and have had 3 separate ones mailed as they were never sent back by the post office. This is after one service request where I was told this was resolved. Yet I have never received one. All of these individuals would have been fired at any other private company. Government workers are the absolute worst. His name was Lonnie.
- TTTylerFeb 14, 20241.0I don't understand how something hasn't been done with this place yet. In the Willow Bend subdivision, mail/packages are CONSTANTLY put in the wrong boxes, missing, missing locker keys, etc. And when you call the office, nobody will answer the phone. Ever.
