- CJCody JonesJun 12, 20261.0So they lost one of my packages and REFUSE to answer any of my emails or my inquiry about the status of my package. I tried calling and the numbers they have listed DO NOT WORK. This is about to turn into a legal matter if someone does not find my package. The least you could do is ANSWER ME!
- SEShaun EideJun 3, 20261.0Once every 3 months I get a package I have to sign for (important meds). If I’m not home to sign for it, it’s been sent back, lost, or sometimes I can retrieve it… so I make a point to be home when it has to be signed for. 3 months ago, they didn’t even knock and my package got sent back to sender. Today, I put a post it note saying “I’m here, please deliver …tracking number.. They didn’t deliver it. Online it said expected delivery by 11:00 am… changed to 1:30 pm… 1:30 pm came and went… now it says 5pm. I tried calling the post office 10 times- no answer. I’m stuck staying by my door hoping they still show up. What a waste of a day.

- MMMillieMay 29, 20261.0My understanding is this is the "processing center" in Texas, just one of a few in the country according to the post office. Could you please explain why I'm paying for 1-3 days delivery for priority mail and yet, it's taking 10 days to five weeks. Currently, a priority mail piece I sent out is "lost". I sent it out in waco 4-23-26. It's now 5-29-26 and there doesn't appear to be any knowledgeable people working for the post office who can help me. That's THREE priority mail envelopes in a row ya'll have misplaced. I'm guessing ZERO LEADERSHIP.
