  REALLY some the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sure, staff is friendly enough but allow me to provide details.... 1. Website doesn't allow you to manage anything when it comes to billing 2. No customer service chat option on the website, forcing the customer to call in with a problem 3. There's ALWAYS a "longer than usual wait time" time when trying to call customer service. Usually half an hour or more hold. 4. The phone menu is clunky and slow to navigate adding an additional five minutes to every call in. 5. Once I finally reached customer service they could not resolve my problem on the call. Had no access to the data I needed to discuss and said they would be contacting me later after looking into it. 6. No one ever contacted me about the problem thereby forcing me to call in again. AVOID READYREFRESH at all costs!!! You've been warned.
