Please train your workers on customer service. Will not return to this postal office.

I get things happen sometimes but when they lie about it and then make it so I have to reschedule redelivery its when it pisses me off.

PM said I was basically SOL at getting my mail until construction was finished. I have been getting my grandma to go up there and grab my mail when she is out and about. She has been doing this for about 2-3 weeks now 1-3 times a week and they have NEVER once asked for ID and just handed my mail over to her. Today she goes and picks it up and they tell her no because her ID doesn’t match my address. I called up there and told the lady that answered what happened and what has been happening and she said, “I’m fully aware of that, I’m just letting you know what I was told just now” So basically for 2-3 weeks they have just been handing my mail over to a complete stranger and now all of sudden decide they want to ask for a drivers license and refuse her lmao.
