- JWJabria WashingtonJul 29, 20261.0By far the WORST post office I’ve ever experienced. This is the second time my package has been marked “delivered”, yet is nowhere to be found. Last time, the same female driver dropped off my husband’s package two houses down because she couldn’t read the number and made a “guess” (the numbers were easily legible). This time my packages were delivered to the wrong house again! I don’t understand how hard it is to read a package and compare it to the street and the numbers on the house!

I live in the Goodland community and she speeds around the streets, blaring loud music and constantly for the last 4 1/2 years I've lived there delivers mail to the WRONG HOUSE!!!! we call complain. we all call the post office , I have called several times to complain and they do NOTHING! how hard is it to look at an envelope and put it where it belongs??? nope she's too busy racing around our streets like a bat out of hell. she is the dumbest person and I cannot believe the post office, AGAIN, does NOTHING about it! Imagine opening an envelope and it's a check for someone else. she miss delivered out TAX documents!!! this is far from ok!

- BWBailyn WoodAug 4, 20251.0They don’t care whether or not your mail says “fragile” or “do not bend.” Despite being in large print red letters, it was still forced into my mailbox and completely bent the envelope and the documents inside. They could have easily put it on the porch.
