- NONo OneMay 22, 20265.0So far so good. While they sometimes make a mistake, so far I've been able to get them to fix or rectify all of those mistakes with professionalism. I've called about missing packages and they were able to track them down and have them redelivered to me on the same day. My postman is really friendly (but his weekly sub, not so much). The only thing I don't like is not having a direct phone number to the post office near me. First you have to call the 800 number and that is obnoxious.

When I first asked about the problems with my packages they were rude both times and said that it has nothing to do with them. I had to file a claim on one and get my money back. Will have to do it for the second too.

- SHStephanie HooverNov 12, 20191.0I don't know who took over but when we moved into our home we would always get our mail no later than 6pm. Now we don't get our mail until 7-8pm. I think it's terrible to have that little woman out there walking in our neighborhood delivering mail. She's a tiny pretty black lady. They need to switch her to a route that delivers earlier. Women shouldn't be out there walking at night with no protection like that.
