UPS blamed the delay on "weather," even though conditions were fine in both the sending and receiving cities. When I complained, they simply pointed to a waiver I signed and took no responsibility. Very poor customer service and no value for the premium price paid. I could have spent around $30 on regular shipping and received the same result. Extremely disappointing experience. Never using UPS again.
