  I love this location. Everyone is always helpful and kind. It’s very convenient and quick it gives me the confidence to order things online and know it’s very easy to return if it’s broken not what I really wanted or doesn’t fit, etc.

  Amanda (doesn’t work at this location) is amazing at helping me with my projects. This location is on the way home from work so she sends my projects here. They always come out amazing and the staff when I come to pick us is always great! They are very friendly, helpful and I never have issues with my orders. I get business flyers, cards and even had gift cards made here. We love the products and service here!

  Today was my first time returning an Amazon package through UPS, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was told to take my Amazon return to the UPS Store, so I walked in not knowing exactly how the process worked. The young lady who assisted me was extremely rude and unhelpful was unsure of her name but she was short white young girl with short hair thick black eyeliner emo looking girl , She asked if I had a printed label, and I explained that I only had the return information on my phone and showed it to her. Instead of explaining what I needed to do, she simply looked at me and stood there without saying anything, making me feel as though I was bothering her or should already know the process. She then told me to email it to them. I politely asked what the email address was because I had never done an Amazon return this way, and instead of simply telling me, she pointed toward the email sign without any explanation. Customer service is about helping people, and not everyone who walks through the door is going to know how the process works. There is nothing wrong with explaining something to a customer, especially when it is their first time doing it. I also called twice afterward hoping to speak with a manager about my experience. Unfortunately, I was given different names and was also told no one named Jazmin worked their and the second time I called was told theirs two different Jazmins and one was the manager and then she changed it and said managers name was Tiffany each time and was unable to get a clear answer about who the manager was. I hope management takes this review seriously because customers should be treated with patience and respect, regardless of whether they already know the process. If someone is working in customer service, having a little patience and kindness can make a big difference.

  I had a really positive experience at this UPS Store. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit, and they made the process easy and straightforward. I appreciated how efficiently everything was handled and how willing they were to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything. The store was clean and organized, and I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment I arrived. I found the staff extremely helpful, as I accidentally brought my package that was for USPS instead of UPS, the staff saw that it wasn’t packaged in a way the USPS store would accept, so she packed the bag for me completely even though she didn’t have to at all. It was an amazing experience and the staff went out of their way to do something they didn’t have to in order to help me. They aren’t just doing the bare minimum they’re going above and beyond for each customer. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this location to friends or family.
