  Jes needs some customer service skills, your ups driver dropped a package at my facility and it wasn't ours.... SO I out of the kindness of my heart brought it to your facility and was treated rudely. Get your ppl some classes on how to treat folks!!!!

  Had a wonderful experience with Ellie! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Aided me with selecting the best package and shipping rate. Extremely patient with me when I had to gather some extra information. I was in and out quickly. Best experience that I have had at a package/mailing center.

  UPS I've never been disappointed like I'm now I sent my grandkids a package they never received it and the insurance that they put on it they told me that they would not be able to give me my money back I hate that going forward I would use to post office I have no money to throw away or giveaway and if you take a package to the wrong address considering I pay for it to be shipped I think that you should do your investigation as well to find out why those people took that package when it wasn't theirs you know customer service go a long ways and if you can show that you care then it would really really help in the long run but you made it clear not your problem don't care can't do nothing about it so thanks for letting me know

  Josh is a packing king. I had a sign that was odd size that needed to be shipped. Him and Jess found the perfect box and packed it up where it wasn’t moving. Jess is always so sweet and loving. Josh is a king .thank you ups for being my go to place for shipping
