  Savannah is so amazing! she helped me out the other day, i was so lost and confused. it was my first time sending a package this way, and she cleared it all up for me and made it such a easy process. this girl deserves a raise!!!

  I would like to give Ross five stars! I came in pretty upset earlier because I thought they were shipping it to my address Instead of holding it at the store location that I requested. Come to find out it hadn’t even made it to the store yet And I was reading the app tracking package information wrong. He handled the situation completely well even saying I understand sometimes UPS can be alot to deal with at times. He really showed me Very professional behavior And handled it very well! I went in and personally apologized after I realized it was completely my fault in a misunderstanding so I wanted to give him five stars

  Long time customer here as it is my choice for shipping since I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Recently two young ladies were the ones to help me out. One of the more recent times I went, I was helped by a taller dirty blonde young lady believe her name was Patri and the second time I went a red haired girl named Jasmine helped me out but they both made sure everythingwas quick and efficient and gave great service! 😊 5/5!!

  I went to this UPS store today as I have done for many years. All of my other visits have been pleasant except for this one. Usually the staff have great customer service but Jas apparently needs training on customer service. She was impatient, rude and acted like I was bothering her. When the transaction was over she handed me the label didn't bother to look up or anything. I had to tell her thank you just to get her attention. The manager Amanda was kind and helpful but I'm writing this review incase someone else comes across her. She probably needs to be in the back shredding or something because she doesn't know how to treat long time customers!!!
