- RBRobin BrattonJan 6, 20251.0We were home, with the porch light on, and you can see us in the living room from the road, AND my husband went out on the porch to meet the delivery truck! But they didn't even look! They just put a "Sorry we missed you" notice in our mailbox and drove off! If I'd gone to check the mailbox right then, I could have called and made arrangements today! But, no! Now I'm home from work and the post office is closed and I'll be at least another couple of days without my package! Very unprofessional and lazy! Edit: Found out this was not the local USPS delivery person, but one on loan from Jacksonville.

- TCTresa CourteSep 13, 20201.0We were expecting more than one package delivery from Amazon for my son’s birthday. When the carrier arrived my son ran to the street to get them directly from her. She unloaded one box, got back into her silver suv, and drove off. When we checked the status on the other package we were expecting the notification read, “delivery attempted - front door/driveway inaccessible.” ?!!! Apparently, the previous reviews are true. If they don’t want to bother they don’t deliver the packages.
- DKDaniel KennedyJun 11, 20191.0Service is absolutely horrible. If they were private sector they'd have gone out if business. I've seen the mail carrier literally throw packages from her window. And if they don't feel like delivery your package(s), they just won't. Today I Iwas expecting a package marked for delivery today. (Actually it was supposed to be delivered yesterday.) I watched the carrier deliver the mail and then drive away. A few minutes later I get a notification that a delivery attempt was made. No attempt was made. I sat on my couch and watched the whole thing.
- ACAmanda CookMay 30, 20171.0Troup post office is the absolute worst. They don't attempt to deliver packages and the post master lies on a regular basis about the business. He told me they couldn't deliver my package because they got paid per step and my house wasn't on the route when they counted steps for the year. They loose mail constantly as well. I have to have my mail delivered somewhere else so I will get it.
