I have a verified issue that was told by two previous USPS employees I could go to any USPS location to have it resolved. I came to this location and was told by two different employees (including a supervisor named Curtis) that they would not help me. There’s a form I was told I could fill out and that they’re required to give it to me, and he refused. Both Curtis and Brandi were not very friendly or helpful. They were both short and impatient and rude. Even the person behind me in line made a comment about how they were giving us dirty looks but not helping us in any timely manner. I was very unimpressed and will drive an addition 10 minutes to go to the next closest USPS location from now on.
