  I paid nearly $110 for expedited shipping, but my package never arrived, and the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I initially worked with Hayden, who was very helpful, professional, and kind. It happened to be his last day at the store, but he went out of his way to assist me and tried to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, he had to rely on the store manager, Zain, who repeatedly misled me for weeks regarding my refund. Zain was rude, unprofessional, and failed to follow through on multiple promises. He repeatedly assured me that my refund was being handled and even stated that if corporate gave him trouble, he would personally reimburse me out of his own pocket. None of that happened. Instead, I was left waiting for weeks with no updates and no communication. Every time I called, I felt like I was simply being told whatever was necessary to get me off the phone, with no intention of actually following up. Maddox handled my original transaction. After approximately five follow-up calls trying to get answers from Zain—who was rarely available in the store—I contacted Maddox again. Rather than helping resolve the issue or ensuring my concerns were addressed, he abruptly hung up on me. As a result of this experience, I will never return to this location. I would much rather do business with USPS or FedEx. In fact, I ultimately obtained the shipping label I needed through FedEx for about one-third of the price. The FedEx experience was seamless, professional, included tracking, and delivered exactly what was promised. I expected much better customer service, especially after paying a premium price. Unfortunately, this location failed to deliver both the package and the level of service customers deserve.

  I called the store asking if I could return 6 unused boxes that I purchased from them. The staff told me they would take them back. I show up to the store an hour later and they did not stick to their word. In this world all we have is our word. I would’ve returned them on Sunday but they were close. Happy Easter. Thanks for treating your first responders with kindness. Thanks for respecting my time. In good faith I cannot recommend this business.

  Horrible service; tried to upsell by making me buy a box for items in original packaging already in a box. Very unimpressed.
