  The professionalism of the workers isn’t that great. I am here multiple times a week to ship expensive equipment for my company, and often I need to ask for a receipt, or for them to highlight the tracking numbers, or remind them that I would like insurance because often they usually ring it up and never ask when I am shipping even a 10,000 or $20,000 item. They also have an attitude when I bring in items that require them to change the shipper info. The manager is very nice and I like working with her, but the workers are horrible to deal with usually and they waste a lot of of my time.

  I’ve always had a great experience at this FedEx Office location. They print all of my materials quickly, and whenever I have questions, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The location is also very convenient, which makes it easy to stop by when I need something printed. Overall, great service, helpful staff, and fast turnaround!
