Thrice, on occasions. Then they complain and actively stop listening because they're in the mood for an argument. Of course, there are also people who will complain for not being admitted after 5:15pm, even though the office time ends at 5pm. This experience was like a Twilight Zone. USPS people working here, like Cheryl, are saints. I don't know where this endless patience is coming from, but I'm thankful for it.
