- CNChristina NevilAug 7, 20261.0I live in Texas City and I will never use this post office again I’m out so many packages every week plus work a full-time. One of the ladies the redheaded lady is super sweet. Will help me weigh my packages to make sure I have the right label but the black haired lady refuses to help anybody she’s lazy and she’s a mean and rude. I’ll drive 30 mins away before I use this post office again!

The employee who assisted me was extremely unhelpful and appeared unwilling to do her job properly. Instead of helping, she seemed more interested in avoiding the work. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I will definitely never return to this location and cannot recommend it to anyone.

At 8:55 the woman at the counter told me she was canceling it because I wasn't there 10 minutes early, despite there being no one else waiting. She was rude and dismissive, and only after a lot of huffing and puffing did she agree to process my already-completed forms. Signing the form, taking the photo, and submitting everything took just five minutes, which made the cancellation and the attitude completely unnecessary. Unprofessional service.
- DSDebra SandlingJun 18, 20261.0Went to mail a package earlier with perfume in it. Was told they wouldn't take it because it didn't have a Hazmat label on it. Told me I could print one out. I left there and went to another post office where I declared the perfume and mailed it without a Hazmat label. Who is right who is wrong? I don't know but the rudeness from the young lady behind the counter was uncalled for.

Please find another job if you hate this one so bad. It was painful to hear her speak to elderly people with such intense sarcasm & bitterness. You are elderly yourself!!!!!!
