  One of the worst experiences I have had with a title office in my career PERIOD. Our title agent Cori, was out in the midst of the transaction and nobody was covering her desk. Once she got back we were told she cannot get over the title package until they get the survey back (I have done this long enough to where that has NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE!) Finally, I was told by Cori that she did not account for closing docs/checks to be sent overnight so I would have to pay for it or have it deducted from my check otherwise she will just send it via standard mail.
