- ABAngelica BonanoApr 21, 20261.0I would like to address a situation. So today April 21 I stopped by this location. Which I have use before. I never have had any issue, but today I went in around 8:15 in the morning. There was a Caucasian lady behind the counter, she was sweeping the floor. So she stopped and asked me "How can I help you?" So I told her that I had a QR code to be scan. So I grabbed my cell phone en search for the QR code, and then she scan it. I also asked her if she had any tape available for me to use, since the box that I was dropping was not sealed, and she said "Yes". So I was waiting for her to handle me the tape, but instead she said that she was going to do it. So I am waiting on her to get the tape, so she can sealed the package but instead she put the printed label on the box leaving the box almost open. My concern at this point is that the item inside the box can come out and get lots. Managers please train your employees. Because that lady did not care about my package. And of course if the package gets lost I have the receipt that I drop off the package. Please address the situation.
