  I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx location thanks to Lee. I came in just before closing time, and even though the store was preparing to close, Lee never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. When I walked in, he was vacuuming to keep the store clean, but he immediately turned it off, greeted me with a smile, and focused on helping me. Lee was incredibly patient, professional, friendly, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure everything was handled correctly, and never once seemed bothered that I arrived close to closing. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. I also want to recognize how exceptionally clean and well-maintained this FedEx store is. The floors were spotless, everything was organized, and the store smelled fresh and clean the moment I walked in. It’s clear that Lee takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about creating a welcoming environment for every customer. FedEx should be proud to have an employee like Lee and should hire more people with his attitude and dedication. He sets the standard for what outstanding customer service should be. Employees like him are the reason customers continue coming back and recommending a business to others. Thank you, Lee, for going above and beyond. Your professionalism, patience, and kindness did not go unnoticed, and I truly hope FedEx recognizes the incredible job you do every single day. You made what could have been a stressful last-minute visit into an excellent experience.

  Excellent! Probably one of my best shipping experiences ever. The office was spotless clean and Cody was a fairly new employee of Fed Ex and very well trained, polite and efficient. I did receive my airline discount as a retiree and Fed Ex customer. I shipped Fine Art injured by air and it arrived safely and on time to my happy customer.
