We went to get 3 minor passports. They offered photo services and the gentleman that helped us was great with the kids. He was very patient and provided updated forms for us. I brought in the wrong ones and he did not made me feel rushed filling them out. I appreciate his kindness. Although this post office is a bit far from us, I’m willing to make the trip to receive great customer service. I wish I got his name, sir you were awesome. Thank you again!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the USPS office in Taylor, TX was unacceptable. I paid **$55.75** for Priority Mail Express because my mailing was extremely important and was covered by USPS's Money-Back Guarantee. The package was delivered almost two days after the guaranteed delivery time. When I went to the post office to request a refund, I provided my tracking number and a photograph of my receipt. The clerk told me there was **"nothing we can do"** without the original paper receipt and refused to help. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told the supervisor was unavailable. A few minutes after I left, I received a phone call from someone at the same office. After I explained my concern again, I was told they were "like any other business" and had their own standards. When I said I intended to file a complaint, I was told I could "go to the radio or the TV" because they didn't care. I found that response dismissive and disrespectful. Ironically, I later submitted my refund request online through USPS, and it was **approved**, which shows that the information I was given at the counter was incorrect. I expect mistakes to happen, but I also expect accurate information, professionalism, and respectful treatment. I hope USPS reviews this incident and provides better training so other customers don't have the same experience.
