  Chloe consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of her work. She is dependable, hardworking, and always maintains a positive attitude, even during the busiest shifts. She is so welcoming and I love being helped by her. Packages are handled with care, tasks are completed efficiently, and she is always willing to step in and help wherever she’s needed. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent customer service make her an incredible asset to the team. She communicates professionally with both coworkers and customers, stays organized under pressure, and approaches every challenge with a solution-focused mindset. It’s rare to find someone who is so reliable, motivated, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. Chloe represents the values of UPS exceptionally well, and her dedication does not go unnoticed. She is the kind of employee every workplace hopes to have.

  I rarely leave reviews, but I walked out of this UPS Store and immediately felt the need to write one. I went in because I wanted to purchase a prepaid shipping label for someone to use to send a product back to me. I was fully prepared to pay for it - I just needed help with the process. Instead, I was met with a very rude attitude from the employee whose name tag said Amber. She repeatedly asked me what size box the sender would be using. I explained multiple times that I didn't know because the person sending the package is currently in the hospital. Rather than trying to help or explain my options in a respectful way, she came across as impatient and dismissive. It wasn't what she said - it was the way she spoke to me. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and explained calmly and kindly. She had a completely different attitude and actually made an effort to help. That's the kind of customer service I expect. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customers shouldn't be made to feel like they're inconveniencing someone by asking for help, especially when they're there to pay for a service. This is the closest UPS Store to my house, so I'll continue using this location, but I'll make sure to avoid working with Amber in the future. A little patience and kindness go a long way in customer service.

  Obi and Meka (I am genuinely sorry that I dont know how to spell your name!), we're absolutely awesome and helped me send off something for my son! Thank you from the bottom of the hearts of my wife and I!
