This time, I requested a piece of tape because the packaging THAT THEY PROVIDED seemed unstable. My request was denied. I was told that I had to buy a new roll of box tape. You would think that it would be worth a 4" strip of tape to make a regular customer happy. IT WAS NOT! It is worth the extra five minute drive from my house to the next closest UPS Store just to feel like my business is appreciated! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They sincerely don't care and coast knowing that you have to get back in your car and drive to a neighboring city to ship your package.
