But hey what should i expect from a public service surely not efficiency am i right people🤦♂️ You have an awful reputation compared to many other united states postal service locations. I literally had to call to let y’all know people are paying attention to the fact their packages haven’t been picked up.Texas’s U.S. Senators frequently step in to launch formal investigations into regional mail delays. I will be contacting your usps consumer affairs and filing a complaint about your service PRIORITY SHIPPING means you PRIORITIZE the shipments do better

- BRBill RiggJun 21, 20212.0I have had problems with The post office and yes they are rude ,I have asked why a package gets shipped let's say from California and it goes to Dallas Texas and then goes back to Lubbock Texas and then back to Abilene Texas and finely goes to sweetwater Texas makes no sense at all oh when I would call no one knows anything about where my package is.

Yet, I kept getting emails saying I haven't activated it and it will be closed. Contacted USPS, was told to contact the local one. Went, in person and let the man know it was active and we already picked up the keys. He said he would update it and never did. So, our box closed out and we have an important package for our daughter on the way... not happy.
