- HMHaley MullinsApr 26, 20231.0The entire staff up there is rude and disrespectful… they are self righteous and have ZERO customer service skills… the front desk lady used profanity while speaking to me and told me she didn’t have time for me… they offered me no help and were completely unprofessional. Our mail deliverer is AWFUL and smug … talked to me with a big ole smirk on her face like she’s Gods gift to earth and untouchable… there was another customer coming out of the post office when I went in who said she’s being made to pick up packages now and that the lady inside was in a MOOD… boy was she right… I’m sorry, but we are the customers… try being nice to us… a little kindness goes a long way. I have reported them over and over and NOTHING has been done… we are not the only ones dealing with their unfriendliness and lack of customer service… we pay their paychecks, I think it’s only fair we have SOME resemblance of humanity when they deliver our mail… something needs to be done… it is totally uncalled for!
