if I could leave no stars I would. I own a small online business so I have to frequent the post office multiple times a week to ship out orders. I have gone to multiple post offices in the area and every single time that I come to this post office location I have problems. If you are scanning QR codes, they will refuse to help you at the main service desk. Despite waiting 20+ minutes in line, they will still turn you away regardless of how many packages you have and make you use the self service kiosk desk. The woman I spoke to today, despite her being friendly, she said it is up to their postmaster and turned me away once again, when the self service desk was out of receipt paper, so I was unable to use it. It is frustrating whenever I come to the post office I have sometimes 20+ orders to ship out, And I end up holding up the self service kiosk line of other people who have also been turned away by their staff. I understand working here is not the best job in the world, but you are still getting paid to help patrons and it is absolutely ridiculous that they refuse to do the most simple task, when people like me, who own a small business are extremely organized and prepared when coming to the post office. The time that it takes for them to argue and rebuttal with me every single time they could’ve helped me and I would have been out the door already. It is just pure laziness zero work ethic. Avoid this post office like the plague.

Worst worst worst experience with these two people I have an appointment for my minor and they said I have to fill out the form which I supposed to have on email but I haven’t received it so I fill out the form out front and when I went back to show them the guy and the lady canceled my appointment with no reason because you didn’t bring the form which is I showed them I have not received any link in email for form I have my kids with me and it was so raining they were the worst people with a lot of arrogance and attitude someone above needs to take action or fire them because they don’t know what they’re doing

It is a decent place, but the employees and the managers do not take the public's time into consideration. There is usually a long line to get services from an employee, their automated kiosk is frequently out of service, and their wait times to pick up a undeliverable package is usually long because the bell that can announce to them that you are waiting, I'm still has not been fixed

I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. I paid to send an envelope by certified mail. Three weeks later, it was returned to me completely destroyed. The envelope was severely damaged, which is unacceptable considering I paid extra for certified service. When I went back to the post office to ask what happened, the employee I first spoke with was immediately rude and dismissive. Instead of offering assistance, he simply said, “Oh well, it’s damaged so they sent it back,” as if that was an acceptable explanation. I was told to wait for a supervisor. When the supervisor came out, she began explaining that “this happens,” even though I had only said that I didn’t know what happened to my package and wanted clarification. The situation escalated when she raised her voice. When I asked who she was speaking to in that tone, she responded, “This is my tone,” rather than addressing my concern professionally. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when they are simply asking for answers about a paid service that was not properly handled. Very disappointing experience overall.
