- CTChristopher TranJun 17, 20263.0This location had a very convenient 24/7 self-service drop-off kiosk right when you walk in, and I liked that it gave a receipt immediately. It made the process quick and easy, especially if you just need to drop something off without waiting. Even if you need to go to the clerk, there was no wait time when I visited, which was also a plus. The only issue I had was with the clerk’s manners. Another thing that stood out was the feedback device at the counter with the bad, neutral, and good options. The clerk answered it himself and selected “good,” even though that is supposed to be completed by the customer. Overall, the location is convenient and efficient, but the customer service could be handled more professionally.

Made me and other customers go to the kiosk instead of helping. Not sure what his job is even for he’s useless and helped for nothing.
