- LAL AAug 23, 20261.0They refuse to take your packages if you live in another city. I work long hours and it’s by my job so it’s convenient for me. At some point they rigged the drop off box so you cannot put anything in it. If you go to the counter they refuse my prepaid label. Pretty sure this is illegal to do. Very rude people here.

- SBSarosh bhojaniAug 18, 20261.0Staff is rude. Went to drop off my packages there and supervisor insulted me. Also, did not allow me to drop off my packages. I have a shipping contract with USPS and my account rep told me that it is ok to drop off packages at the Sugar Land location.
