Tired of these people. I have a home business and whenever my regular mailman is not present, they never come pick up my packages. Sometimes they have gotten wet because they don't show up, causing me to have to reprint labels. This has happened more times than I can remember. The managers and supervisors are horrible. The postmaster needs to be fired. Just look at all the horrible reviews.

I don’t know how this place is still in business. The place is so unorganized and they didn’t want to take me for my passport appointment.

One of the most incompetent post offices in the entire country. I have lost track of how many times they have misplaced mail pieces for delivery for our home. Their latest display of stupidity involves sending a package which was an inch from delivery not once but twice, completely across the entire country. Definitely not a Star-studded example of proper tax dollar stewardship.

I mailed some documents to China. They disappeared right after left this location. I called a number, the machine hung up my phone multiple times after saying "please wait while I am finding you a live agent." I felt hopeless to find my documents. I will never trust USPS again.

Absolute Nightmare – Unbelievable Incompetence, Process Failure, and Horrible Customer Service This is, hands down, the absolute worst USPS branch I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. The level of unprofessionalism, absurd inefficiency, and complete lack of basic common sense from the staff here is utterly mind-boggling. Here is a summary of the completely unacceptable experience I had today: 1. Severe Incompetence & Lack of Basic Sense The clerk handling my shipment was beyond untrained—they seemed genuinely incapable of basic logic. I was mailing a camera. Even after I explicitly confirmed that the battery was removed, the clerk kept repeatedly asking if there were "other batteries inside the camera." After I said NO multiple times, instead of taking my word or properly checking the rules, they refused to trust me, went to ask a coworker, and received the EXACT same answer I had already given. Worse yet, they then asked me if my plush toys and fridge magnets contained batteries! Is this a joke? How does anyone with a brain ask if a stuffed animal or a piece of magnet has a battery?! 2. Horrible Process, Forced Purchases, and Wasted Time The operational flow here is completely backwards. Before even verifying if my package could be shipped or calculating the final cost, the clerk FORCED me to buy packaging materials and pack everything first! They forced me to spend money before giving me any answers. I repeatedly told them I was on a tight schedule, yet they ignored my urgency, put my process on hold, and forced me to step aside so they could serve other people behind me. I was left waiting helplessly while they aimlessly dragged their feet. 3. Zero Leadership, Zero Escalation, Zero Diversity For a facility of this size, it is appalling that there is NO supervisor or manager on duty capable of stepping in to handle complex issues or resolve clerk incompetence. The staff here has zero authority and zero knowledge. Only at the very end, after wasting a massive amount of my time, did the clerk casually suggest I "go to another post office." Why didn't you tell me that an hour ago before wasting my entire afternoon?! Additionally, despite the large size of this branch, their box size inventory is extremely poor and lacking options. 4. Communication Barriers & Apparent Bias The clerk struggled severely to communicate in fluent English and completely failed to comprehend basic explanations. What made it even more frustrating was observing how effortlessly and warmly they served customers of their own background (even switching to their native language), while treating me with cold indifference, rude condescension, and constant suspicion. This blatant double standard left me feeling deeply disrespected and marginalized. This entire encounter was traumatizing and showed me the absolute worst side of local postal services. It is now entirely clear to me why this post office sits at such a abysmal rating. This place is an absolute disgrace to the postal service. I will NEVER step foot in this location again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far, far away!
