They do not let you take pictures of YOUR OWN packages once they put the label on it. But at the same time they tell you that you can take a picture of the package at the self service kiosk which is literally 5ft away at the corner... How does that make sense? This is the first post office I have ever shipped out of that has told me this.

We had an appointment to process his passport, but just as we were about to leave, we received a call informing us that their photography equipment was broken. It was an unpleasant experience; we had to cancel our accessible transport right as it arrived at our home, due to the office's incompetence.

I booked a passport appointment in advance, but just a few minutes before the scheduled time, they called to tell me that their camera was down. I wasted my entire day.

They called one hour before our appointment to say that the photo machine was broken and that I would have to stop by a pharmacy to bring the photos myself. I consider this a lack of respect; I am caring for a person with a disability, and the trip is very difficult for us.

The drop box is jammed every single time I come and it adds 10 minutes to a 5 minute visit. never enough staff available
edit: literally the most dysfunctional post office in TX. the self serve kiosks freeze & crash, the drop box is jammed, no one answers the blue door and no one seems to care at all. i often spend 30 minutes on what vould have been a 3 minute dropoff at any other USPS. do better.
