Pretty embarrassing to see the overall condition of the building and grounds. Atleast one of the handleless doors was propped open today. Good thing it's to hot for flies.

I am very disappointed with the service at this USPS location.
Several times, I drove to the post office and went to the blue door to ring the bell to pick up my package. When one particular employee was working there, she repeatedly told me that the package was not there, that I should come back the next day, or that it had gone out for delivery again. However, the USPS app did not show that the package was out for delivery.
Each time, when I came back the next day and a different employee was working, they were able to find my package quickly without any issue. This has happened more than once, so it feels like this employee simply does not want to take the time to look for the package and is leaving the work for someone else the next day.
Every trip to this post office takes me almost 40 minutes round trip, which is a big waste of my time. This location really needs to improve its customer service and accountability.

This post office is possibly the worst in the entire nation. Post master general, please replace the staff with some highly trained professional and smiling people. We all know that this is a Federal job but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude to people. Everytime I have visited this place, it’s been a bad experience. Today it was a long line and the boss lady who inside was screaming at the top of voice berating and scolding one of the other employees. Everyone standing in line heard that lady scream. How do you even work at this place?
We the citizens do not deserve such nasty and abusive post office in this place which we pay high taxes for.
I’m appealing to the powers that run this post office to take this message seriously and send help ASAP.

I came here to get my passport and the place was very unorganized. However, Arthur was extremely nice and professional. The 5 stars are for Arthur. He made the passport appointment smooth and he didn’t hesitate to help me with any questions or concerns I had. I really appreciate the great customer service.

I was trying to ship a mail in the self service area but it got jammed. And I was worried because I was doing orders so I went to the front and told them the problem and then this older man at the front said "ok just wait in line" and I was sorta mad because of how dismissive h3 was, but I didn't want to cause a big problem. But thankfully a man behind me found a way to give a lot of packages without it being jammed. And the guy at that table was ACTUALLY NICE TO ME and said that he will empty out the items. So thats the only reason im giving 2 stars
