She had to send a fax, when asking the price the owner said, "we will get this faxed for you and see the price." She sent 15 pages, they charged $30! What a scam. The UPS store in Tomball charged $6. After looking at all the other people they over charged, I'm not surprised.

The staff member initially raised an objection regarding the items I needed to return—a point I understood and complied with. However, when I proceeded to make the return again, he informed me that I was also required to apply the tape myself. This is a very simple matter, yet at every other UPS store I have visited, I have never been told that I needed to handle the taping myself before returning items. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

If you don't want to work, then don't—there is absolutely no need to show up with such a sour attitude. Furthermore, they charge extra for the tape required for packaging. This was incorrect handling, confirmed by Amazon Customer Service. I had to come back to the store to separate the returns. Other customers, including elderly people, had the same issue. Very disorganized and a waste of time.
