The older lady working there was extremely rude, not only to me but even to a person she was speaking with on the phone. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the experience very uncomfortable. I was also told I would be charged just to scan a prepaid shipping label, which I found unreasonable. Customer service should be about helping customers, not making them feel unwelcome or pressured to pay for something that should be a simple process. I hope management addresses this behavior and provides better customer service in the future.
