  Avoid this location if you need Live Scan fingerprinting. The South Asian woman who appeared to be in charge was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. Instead of helping customers with the fingerprint scanner, she simply instructed them to watch the video and do it themselves. When the fingerprints didn’t scan correctly, she became visibly frustrated, raised her voice, and repeatedly barked “NO, NO, NO!” instead of calmly explaining what needed to be done. The lack of customer service was shocking. At every other Live Scan appointment I’ve been to, the employee has helped guide the customer’s hands and roll each finger to ensure a successful scan. At this location, there was no guidance only impatience and criticism when the scans didn’t work. It was also disappointing to see how she treated her coworker. After asking whether he had cleaned a particular spot, he politely admitted he had missed it and apologized. Rather than responding professionally, she scolded him in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflected poorly on the workplace. When the last fingerprint required several attempts to capture, help was requested but ignored the first time. Assistance was only provided after a second request. Customer service costs nothing. A little patience and kindness would have made a stressful process much easier and faster. Based on this experience, it’s worth choosing another location if you have the option.

  South Asian woman who manages the place is extremely rude and lacks any type of customer service or people skills. This is highly consistent with what others have experienced and she has been like this for years.

  Just horrible customer service, if you could even call it that. I came in for fingerprinting and the person working there, Ms. Patel, was extremely rude. When I had trouble navigating the fingerprinting machine, she snapped that I hadn’t watched the video, when in fact I had and just needed some help. When I struggled with my ring finger, she pressed it down hard enough to hurt. When I told her she was hurting me, she snapped at me to do it myself. What kind of way is that to treat customers? Just despicable. I walked out because I don’t need that kind of disrespect. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Horrible customer service absolutely horrible. You cannot even ask the questions you have because they hang up on your face as soon as you do I would NOT recommend. Especially the women who works there I did not ask for her name she is horrible wont even answer questions properly and always has a bratty attitude I don’t know how she still has her job.

  Indian lady was so rude. A nice gentleman was helping me with some shipments I had and requested a Fragile sticker. She literally snatched the tape from his hands and gave me the ugliest look and told him they dont do that until after. First of all how will they know what package is mine and if it needs it. Last time im going there. That lady has an ugly attitude.
