  Surekha was extremely rude and unprofessional. The box wasn’t taped, and although I understood when she said they would only do it once, her attitude remained unnecessarily rude and unpleasant. Customer service at the front desk should be friendly and professional, as experiences like this can discourage customers from returning.

  I’ve had a great experience at the UPS Store in Sugar Land! I especially appreciate Surekha Patel, who always greets me warmly and provides friendly, professional, and quality service. She is even available a little before 8:00 a.m. to accept packages, which is incredibly convenient. Thank you, Surekha, for consistently making the experience so welcoming and easy!

  This store is run very poorly. The notary does not communicate well with customers and is not very familiar with the notary process. I had a document notarized by her in 2025 and returned to have the 2026 version of the same document notarized for 2026; however, she was confused by the process even though I brought-in the previous year's document which she had notarized as an example for her. I don't think she understood any of my explanation.

  This place the owner is taking the business to the lowest level. I asked her for scanning my documents and she said with ego the cost of each page. And then she just turned her head away. I Mentioned office spot to her and she did not come to me nor look at me and said “I don’t know, go To Office Depot and find out. I don’t know and she just would not look up to me or come close To me. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUKING THE WHOLE AORKD MAAM

  Although I am conflicted about writing a negative review about a local and convenient business for a variety of reasons, not least of which is the adverse impact that it may have on the income and job security of the business's employees, the UPS at Sugar Creek has repeatedly and consistently disappointed me. To generalize, the owner of the store, Ms. Patel, is routinely unfriendly and inhospitable. Not once have I entered this store while she was on duty and received even the slightest acknowledgement of welcome or greeting. This conduct would be excusable and understandable if there were other customers / clients in the store as I entered but as often as not, I can walk in with no one else in there and feel as if I were entering the gulag. A pleasant customer experience seems foreign to Ms. Patel. In addition to the near complete lack of hospitality or courtesy, Ms. Patel charges higher prices for slower delivery speeds than the FedEx less than a half mile away on the opposite side of US59. For instance, I was recently attempting to ship a package to an address in the northeast US. Ms. Patel quoted me a price of just under $17 with an estimated delivery time of 6 days. Exasperated by Ms. Patel's unfriendliness and recalling memories of past price premiums levied by her franchise, I decided to walk out and drive to FedEx. To ship the same package to the same address, FedEx charged me $12.75 and would deliver the package two days faster. Beyond this latest instance, I have been quoted prices by Ms. Patel in the past that were nearly twice as expensive as other UPS stores (albeit less conveniently located) despite shipping identical package(s) to the same destination. I certainly hope that other customer's have and have had more positive experiences at this specific UPS and with Ms. Patel but I intend to avoid using her services or her UPS branch unless it is absolutely necessary. Shippers beware of higher prices for slower delivery speeds with no courtesy or hospitality!
