- YKYusra KhanAug 18, 20261.0I wish I could give a negative star. I have been to this store many times and have always received great service from the young man and the two ladies who work there. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with the new manager was very disappointing. The new manager was extremely rude and came across as very condescending. While I was in the middle of a conversation with a team member about my needs, he walked over, asked what we were doing, and pulled the team member away to help other customers, as if my needs were not important. Because of this experience, I will no longer be bringing my business or money back to this location. I would rather drive a little farther down the street to a location where I know I will be treated with respect.

- ASAkshay SalunkheAug 6, 20261.0Very pathetic experience with attendant Jarnius, he was not able to add more than 35 characters on address where when I logged in to my account I was able to add multiple lines on address with many more characters. On top of it he only offered one quote (obviously highest rate) where as I was able to find 3 different options of shipment completely. Ended up creating my label online myself, thought that attendant at FedEx are there to help customers but no. Very surprised to see FedEx employing such people..
