  I went into FedEx to ship a package and I want to give a big shout-out to Kelly at FedEx on the Southwest Freeway! She was an absolute delight—super helpful, professional, and provided amazing customer service. Even when the lights went out and the computers shut down, she kept a great attitude and made the experience enjoyable while working to fix the issue. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Kelly truly deserves the recognition. Thank you for being so awesome

  This office is always ready to help me. Kelly helped me at the counter and she is fantastic. Personable, friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend.

  Like the previous reviewer, I’d give more stars if I could based on the service at this FedEx location. The store is clean, spacious, and service is consistently fast. The staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly, courteous, and professional. Knocking on wood because every time I leave great feedback I feel like I might jinx myself, but this location really deserves it. Even though I have a closer FedEx, I’ll continue coming here. They also make returns easy with barcode scanning and offer snacks for sale, which is a nice touch. Overall, a great experience.. 🌟

  I had a great experience at this FedEx Office location, especially after a very frustrating visit to Office Depot earlier that day. Before even coming in, I actually called this location, and the professionalism and courtesy over the phone immediately stood out. It was such a difference that I chose to drive farther just to come here—and it was absolutely worth it. I needed printing and laminating services for my business, and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly. He was patient, detail-oriented, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed without rushing the process. The final results were clean, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The pricing was fair, the turnaround was quick, and the overall level of service was exceptional. Anthony truly represents what great customer service should be. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future business needs. Highly recommend.
