She’s rude, lazy, and the way she talks to her coworkers when customers are around is wild. I know it’s not just me that’s having issues with getting mail delivered. We were informed that the only way we’re getting our mail is if it’s “certified”. Seriously… I need to contact anyone that plans on mailing something to my house to get it “certified”. Who is actually going to follow through with that.
