ZERO Stars! Absolutely horrible! Rude and unprofessional, obviously only there to catch air and do nothing! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! Disgusting behavior!

Great experience as always! I don’t recall the name of the lady serving me but she is always super nice and sweet (her name might be Claudia but I have doubts) 🤗 I always come here to send my mail. Highly recommended

This place has a person in the morning that’s always unpleasant to see. She is rude and lazy. She tells me and other customerswho has multiple packages to drop off to come back after 10am. It’s doesn’t say anywhere that there’s a “multiple package” drop off time anywhere. Then she tells me and other customers that we shouldn’t even be dropping off packages that many. I have only 6 boxes and she acts like I have 30 or more. Needless to say she has only 3 customers in line.
She also tells us to go at the end of the hall and ring the doorbell if we want to drop off which we did , but not one ever answered after 6 failed attempts on ringing the doorbell , although you can hear people behind the door talking. Absolute waste of time. Do not go here. This place should be better than that.

I encourage all businesses to contact your USPS rep and file a complaint. This is the third time i come in and the person in charge of taking in bulk makes me wait 15-20 minutes to tell me they don't have any equipment and refuse my packages. This time they didn't bother coming to the door. I had to approach the front clerk. You can hear them next to the door while me and other people rang the bell. All out mail comes pre bagged in USPS totes, they can accept it but refuse.
