There was a review screen inside the office where customers are supposed to leave their own feedback, but before I could do it myself, the employee gave himself a positive review. When I asked why he did that, he spoke very rudely and disrespectfully to me. Customers should be treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism.

There is a handwritten sign taped to the collection box stating it is broken and any mail left is at the 'customer's own risk.' For a federal facility to officially post a disclaimer of liability for mail is unacceptable. A total failure of professional standards.
